The Standing Sling - Back Support is applied to the lower back and is made of a pressure-distributing temperfoam. This material provides lateral support during lifting. The fleece cover feels soft and prevents pinching as it stretches along with the temperfoam. This makes the support feel extra comfortable for the patient. The abdominal fixation keeps the sling in place and makes application easier. The sling is fitted with loops or double Careclips. This double attachment option offers flexibility to vary the distance to the hoist. The cover and non-slip part of the sling are removable and can be washed and replaced if necessary.

Temperfoam and fleece

Temperfoam is a material with the unique property that it slowly takes on its original shape after being compressed. During use, body heat softens the foam, reducing pressure points. In this way, the foam adapts to the patient's body, providing optimal support and body weight distribution.

The fleece material is strong and stretches with the temperfoam. Fleece is breathable, lightweight and dries quickly. The material is knitted loosely and then washed, this causes the knit to shrink, creating the soft characteristic.
